Born and raised in Southern California, Brett has spent most of his adult life in the Victor Valley, where he met his wife, and they have been happily married for 39 years. He is the proud father of three children, one of whom is currently serving in the armed forces as a member of the 82nd Airborne, and he has six grandchildren living nearby.
