Rudi personally walked me through the entire loan process from start to finish and I can only say that I was probably difficult to deal with at times. It started with my LLc being out of whack which he walked me through, needing various documents which he assisted me with, helping me to get my property to appraise at the best value, as well as giving me advice on future investments that I plan to make and giving me input on how to really grow my real estate career. Some people/lenders would have probably been frustrated after numerous set backs due to things on my end especially for a loan that wasn’t very large in the first place but Rudi never showed frustration, returned every call or text and helped me get the best possible outcome. We finally closed on our Refi and I look forward to more business with him in the future. Would strongly recommend.
